        Unlike the recirculating toilets, the fresh water models come equipped with and require a sink. The bowl flushing mechanism draws fresh water from the sink to flush. The sink also uses the fresh water for hand washing and the gray water drains into the toilet tank.

        The PolyJon Comfort XLT Portable Restroom Fresh Flush comes with a sink that is plumbed directly to the tank. Gray water from the sink drains right into the toilet tank, and fresh water from the sink is used to flush the toilet.

        The Comfort XLT Fresh Flush is equipped with a floor-mounted, foot-operated flushing pump for sanitary, hands-free use and a weighted flapper valve that conceals waste.
